Koala Living will only deliver within the United Arab Emirates. We offer free delivery across all Emirates if the total purchase amount is 500 AED and above. For purchases totaling less than 500 AED, a delivery fee of 50 AED will be applied. Please note that free shipping applies automatically during the checkout process for qualifying orders. It is essential to review the delivery terms before confirming your order, as charges may apply based on the total purchase amount.

Once your order has been placed you will be contacted shortly to organize an appropriate time for delivery to take place. Koala Living delivery crew is responsible for assembling your purchased products(excluding the installation of chandeliers, wall decor/art, mirrors, or other objects that require surface fixture). Such assistance can only take place during the delivery and not on any other desire date.

To ensure your purchased products arrive into the desired room/ space in your home or office, please take clearance measurements of elevators, doors, and stairways prior to complete the purchase. where building elevators (for apartments) or staircases (for villas), do not accommodate the product, customers are responsible to organize manual transportation at their own risk. in such an instance, Koala living home delivery crew will deliver the products only to the grand floor. you are charged 300 AED if we send the same product again due to an issue at your end.

Purchased products awaiting delivery scheduling or 'self-collection' must be handover within 30 days from the invoice date. Thereafter monthly storage charges (at 5% of invoice value) will apply. koala living does not bear responsibility for any loss or damage of products that have been in its possession for over 6 months, no exchanges or refunds will apply in these cases.

The delivery handover is conducted with the person receiving the products at the designated address. Acceptance of the order is considered authorized on your behalf since they will be asked to sign the delivery receipt. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the products before signing the delivery receipt and to notify the Koala Living delivery crew of any discrepancies.

The Koala Living delivery crew is responsible for placing only the purchased products in the specified location, but they are not responsible for removing or moving any personal items.

The delivery crew will also assemble your purchased products, with the exception of installing chandeliers, wall decor/art, mirrors, or any other items that require permanent fixtures. This assembly can only take place during the delivery and not on any later date.

Koala Living is not liable for any loss or damage to products that have been in its possession for over six months. In such cases, no exchanges or refunds will be applicable.
